The Summa Health Network (SHN) is the physician hospital organization (PHO) affiliated with Summa Health System Hospitals (SHSH). SHN contracts with insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, employers, third party administrators and other payors on behalf of SHSH and their affiliated physicians.

SHN offers a comprehensive network of providers in multiple counties in Northeast Ohio, including Summit, Medina and Portage.

SHN is also a member of the Cleveland Health Network (CHN). CHN is a network of regional PHOs that contracts with managed care organizations. As a member of SHN, physicians also participate in the contracts through CHN.
