SHN offers a comprehensive CFI Model that can assist physician participants in obtaining and implementing our EMR. In addition, it provides physician participants opportunities to enhance their revenue through Pay for Performance (P4P) programs. Currently, SHN has P4P programs in place with three major payers in the market. To participate in the CFI Model please contact your provider relations representative.
